This morning a stock that I am seeing with potential is ATAI! This stock has jumped from $2.73 cents to $3.80 cents in the pre market session. The day chart shows that this stock has potential to make moves to the upside. Lets look at some of the fundamentals.

FLOAT : 23million

PRE MARKET VOLIME : 560,000 shares traded

NEWS: Company (ATA) announces entry into a definitive agreement to Acquire ACG (China based service provider of overseas education)

ATAI has some potential and will be on our watchlist for the market open session.
