WOW, these past couple of trading days have been massive in the low float areas of the market. There have been multiple stocks on the Low Float Scanner making massive moves to the upside on volume. (SES) Synthesis Energy Systems Inc as depicted in the chart above had a massive move yesterday 10/14/2019. (SES) had price action that took the share price from the $8 dollar area to above $20 dollars……..WOAH!! Then we saw DTSS Datasea Inc make a huge bullish move today, being Circuit Breaker Halted multiple times.
I have not seen much momentum at all in the Low Float areas of the market for a long time until this week. Looking back at previous articles and videos on our YouTube channel this is important to note. In those previous discussions I explained how different areas of the markets have cycles. We were in a low volatility and Low volume period in the Low Float Sector of the market for a while, and with what we have seen this week, I’d say that is over for now. This is the time where we want to be a little bit more aggressive and look at patterns to trade like Bull Flags or (Pullbacks), and if you have the capability look for shorting the dump!!!!
